WWE Diva Courtney Taylor debuts on ECW

WWE ECW Diva Courtney Taylor
The newest addition to the WWE Divas was unveiled on Tuesday night. Courtney Taylor, formerly of FCW (Florida Championship Wrestling), appeared as a backstage interviewer for ECW on SyFy. ECW Commentators Josh Matthews and Matt Striker welcomed her to their broadcasting team, right before they presented her backstage with her first interview.
Her first interview didn’t go off without a hitch though, as she spoke to ECW Original Tommy Dreamer. Dreamer was scheduled to compete in an upcoming tag team match with Christian against William Regal and Vladimir Kozlov but the duo came to interrupt his interview, attacking him. After a Kozlov beatdown and a running Regal knee to the head, Dreamer was down and out, unable to compete. Later in the show, Courtney spoke with ECW GM Tiffany about the Dreamer attack in Taylor’s second interview of the show. These two have worked together before though.
So where did this beautiful new blond diva come from? The gorgeous Courtney Taylor is a former Hooters girl and Playboy playmate. She appeared in the Playboy Girls of Hooters 2008 issue in February of 2008, as well as several other issues. Stating that her idol was Stone Cold Steve Austin growing up, she was eventually approached by Lou Maggio in 2007 about becoming yet another one of the sexy women of pro-wrestling. Maggio was a Hooters judge at the Miss Hooters International Pageants where Courtney competed.
As mentioned before she also worked in the WWE’s developmental organization FCW. At FCW she originally competed in some swimsuit and lingerie contests against Tiffany (Taryn Terrell), and also became a valet manager for a male wrestler. As of March 2008, she was officially competing as a wrestling diva in FCW against the likes of Rosa Mendes (Milena Roucka), Alicia Fox (Victoria Crawford) and The Bella Twins. While with FCW, she used the ring names Daisy and Wesley Holliday.
